AI Researcher is an AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the nature of digital services and the real-time consumption of AI resources (API calls to third-party AI providers), we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made.
Our subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Elite) provide immediate access to features and monthly credits. By subscribing, you acknowledge that:
One-time credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. Credits represent pre-paid access to AI processing resources that are consumed in real-time, and as such cannot be reversed after purchase.
We may consider a refund or credit adjustment at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:
